Acceptance of Terms

By using the Urban Biome Sightings application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Use of Service

The Service allows you to document and share sightings of green infrastructure (planters, green walls, rain gardens, etc.) in Bristol and surrounding areas.

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Submit only accurate and truthful information
• Only upload photos that you have the right to share
• Not submit offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Not attempt to abuse, spam, or overload the Service

Content You Submit

By submitting a sighting, you grant Urban Biome Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your photos and data publicly on the map. You retain ownership of your content and can delete it at any time.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is inappropriate.

Data Accuracy

The Service contains user-generated content. While we strive to maintain quality, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all sightings. Use the information at your own discretion.

Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Urban Biome Ltd shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
